(ICAD)

Building on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP and/or IR you learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Cadillac repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients. 125 exercises on the Cadillac/Trapeze Table/Tower.

This course is required for full level 1 certification.

Injuries & Special Populations

Injuries & Special Populations™

(ISP)

The STOTT PILATES® Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) course equips you with the skills required to address a broad range of physical challenges among your clients. It is important to note that this course will NOT prepare students to diagnose or treat any specific injuries or conditions or prescribe exercises for these populations without consultation with an appropriate health practitioner (i.e. Physical Therapist, Physiotherapist or similarly recognized health care professional).

Completion of ISP is required for full STOTT PILATES certification.

Enrollment Policies

All courses being paid for with a Payment Plan require initial purchase to save your spot. All workshops require full payment due upon registration. Payment Plan details and contract information is clearly outlined on each individual plan upon purchasing. Educational materials includes manuals, support materials books, balls, bands, barrels, and other props necessary for each individual course. All education materials are provided by Trainor Movement Company. Payment Plans are available for all courses worth over $1000. All course fees are due in full two weeks before the start date of your course, provided that you have not already entered into a payment plan contract. There are no refunds for withdrawals within the two weeks prior to the start of the course. If a withdrawal is requested before the two weeks prior to the start of the course, a service charge of 20% is levied to cover administrative costs. If you have entered into a payment plan and choose to withdrawal before the two weeks prior to the course you will lose any payments that have already been made. Course fees do not include exam fees or applicable taxes. Applicants are expected to attend all hours of the course to which they have applied. Any missed hours must be made up through private sessions with an Intructor Trainer at $180/hr+gst. Any form of photography or videography during any course and/or workshop is sctrictly prohibited. All applicants must be over the age of 18.  Space is limited and applications will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Your spot will be reserved ONLY upon receipt of application form, and tuition fee or initial payment into a payment plan. Trainor Movement Company has the right to deny payment plan options.
