This website offers visitors Pilates and movement instruction in private or group settings online via the video conferencing platform Zoom. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. As a client participating in a service provided under Trainor Movement Company Inc. I have read, understand, and agree to the following statements. 

 

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity associated with Trainor Movement Company Inc. and all instructors affiliated. 

 

2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur as a result of participating in instruction at Trainor Movement Company Inc.

 

3. In consideration for being allowed to participate in the activities and programs offered by all instructors affiliated with Trainor Movement Company Inc. at any location, I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all instructors affiliated, and any location where classes and sessions are held, from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the above mentioned activities.

 

4. Heirs, my legal representatives and I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, and forever discharge any claim against Trainor Movement Company Inc. and all affiliated instructors in any given location or facility for any injuries, aggravations, or damages that I may sustain as a result of my voluntary participation.

 

5. I understand and am aware that exercise with or without equipment is a potentially hazardous activity. I also understand that fitness activities involve risk of injury and even death, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved. I expressly assume and accept all risks.
